Question Two - How effective is the combination of main product and ancillary texts?
In this video I talk about how effective the link is between the ancillary tasks and the main product. The main point we had were that the photos used for the ancillary are from a location in the music video and that the actors are featured. This makes the link between them much stronger.
As you can see from the above screenshots from the final music video, the location and the actors are the same, also wearing the same clothing as they are in the ancillary tasks. The colouring is also very very similar.
Between the two ancillary tasks we gave them similar characteristics to link them, for example using the same font and colouring creates a stronger link between them. The same logo for our production company is also used and the website of the band featured on both the poster and digi-pack.
